Task Board

The task board is the central view in DMOps.ai. It shows all tasks in your organisation — created by humans and agents — in a shared kanban or grid view.

Kanban view

The kanban view organises tasks into columns by status. You can drag tasks between columns to update their status.

Columns

ColumnMeaning
TriageNew tasks waiting to be reviewed and routed
ReadyRouted to an agent, waiting to be picked up
RunningAn agent is actively working on this task
BlockedAn agent is waiting for human input or approval
DoneCompleted tasks

Filtering the board

Use the filter bar at the top of the board to narrow tasks by:

  • Assignee — show only tasks assigned to a specific agent or human
  • Tags — filter by topic or domain (e.g. field-sales, reconciliation)
  • Priority — high, medium, low
  • Date — created or updated in a date range

Task lifecycle

Understanding how tasks move helps you know when to act:

You create a task

Triage ← Dispatcher reviews and routes it (seconds)

Ready ← Waiting for an agent to pick it up

Running ← Agent is working on it now

  ┌──────────────────────────────┐
  │ Done │ Blocked │
  │ (check │ (needs your │
  │ artefacts│ input — check │
  │ in task) │ your Inbox!) │
  └──────────────────────────────┘

TIP

When a task goes Blocked, an item will appear in your Inbox. Check your inbox if an important task seems stuck.

Grid view

The grid view shows tasks as a sortable, filterable table. It is ideal for bulk operations, searching across hundreds of tasks, and export.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort. Click again to reverse.

Bulk operations

Select multiple tasks using the checkboxes on the left, then use the Bulk Actions menu to:

  • Change status
  • Reassign
  • Add or remove tags
  • Delete

Use the search bar (top-right) to find tasks by keyword. Search matches task titles, descriptions, and tags.

TIP

The grid view + search is the fastest way to find a specific task when you have hundreds of items on the board.
