Appearance

Mobile App ​

DMOps.ai includes a mobile Progressive Web App (PWA) optimised for phone use. It gives you access to your inbox, task board, and agent status while you're in the field.

Installing the mobile app ​

The mobile app is a PWA — it installs directly from your browser, no app store required.

On iOS (Safari) ​

  1. Open Safari and navigate to your DMOps.ai URL (e.g. https://app.dmops.ai).
  2. Tap the Share icon (box with arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

On Android (Chrome) ​

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to your DMOps.ai URL.
  2. Tap the ⋯ menu in the top-right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (or you'll see a banner prompting you to install).
  4. Tap Add.

The app will appear on your home screen like a native app.

Creating a task with voice dictation ​

Voice dictation is a first-class feature on mobile — especially useful when you're in the field and can't type easily.

  1. Tap + to open the New Task screen.
  2. Tap the 🎤 microphone button in the top-right corner of the header (next to the ✕ close button).
  3. Speak your task — the button turns red and pulses while recording.
  4. When you stop speaking, the transcript is added to the description field automatically.
  5. Tap 🎤 again to record more, or tap Create Task when ready.

The mic button is in the header so it stays visible above the on-screen keyboard on both Android and iOS.

TIP

The first line of what you dictate becomes the task title. Everything after a line break becomes the description. Speak naturally — you don't need to say "title" or "description".

WARNING

Voice dictation requires microphone permission. If the browser asks, tap Allow. If you accidentally denied it, reset it in your device's browser settings.

Notifications ​

Coming soon

Push notifications for inbox items and blocked tasks are on the roadmap. For now, check your inbox manually or set up email notifications via the Integrations settings.
